Public Relations is at its most effective when the agency and client are able to work together collaboratively and this is demonstrated in the work achieved to date for specialist contractor Prater.

For many companies working in the construction sector, key stakeholders within the business have a wide range of responsibilities and priorities. Realistically, for many, Public Relations may not feature highly on that list when their own clients are making significant demands on their time.

The CIB PR team prides itself on its proactivity; the onus is always on the team to deliver the targets in place. However, when the team can work effectively with a client, with regular face-to-face meetings and weekly updates in between, it means the flow of information is at its best.

A collaborative approach to business is an ethos shared by Prater and together, CIB and its marketing team, work hard to identify projects and news; with regular contact and attendance at the company’s annual Supply Chain Conference all contributing towards keeping CIB at the forefront of what’s going on within the business; helping the team to deliver and add value.
