CIB developed an integrated digital strategy for Graham Plumbers' Merchant to engage its on-line community with the launch of a dedicated blog style website Channel Graham, supported by a Facebook page and Twitter account. The strategy dictated that the social media channels be designed to complement each other, each with a subtly different role to play in informing and engaging Graham’s customers - together reflecting the relationship ‘at the counter’ and extending the service offer.
Since its launch in July 2011, Channel Graham has gone from strength to strength with weekly posts offering a rich mixture of content from its branches, suppliers and the wider industry. To date, the website has had over 33,000 unique visitors and over 120,000 page views.
Our successful approach was recognised by the judges at the Construction Marketing Awards 2012, by awarding this campaign ‘Best use of Social Media'.
