Farewell CIB

The best part about my time here has been getting to know the people I’ve met along the way. I’ve always felt supported by my team and working alongside great clients I’ve explored some really interesting topics, such as the skills shortage and what can be done to reduce the environmental impact of our industry.

One of the many things I think CIB is great at doing is understanding the target audience and key messages to really fit the client’s brief. There have also been plenty of opportunities to go that extra mile for our clients, attending press trips both abroad and closer to home, which taught me a lot about the importance of every detail in terms of organisation and following up with journalists afterwards.

There’s always more to learn and I’m excited to be taking this next step, but saying goodbye won’t be easy. Although, CIB does host great staff socials so maybe I’ll have to sneak along to a couple!
