Pastures new with Brett Martin

Although our work always connects to the construction sector, I’m often surprised by how many different corners of the industry we end up exploring to support our clients.

Our work with daylight systems manufacturer Brett Martin is a perfect example. Its portfolio is broad and contains products for self-build homes, warehouses, student accommodation, stadiums, and even Center Parcs. Because of that variety, we’re constantly speaking to different specifiers who are working for varying end users, all of whom share a similar challenge: finding ways to bring more natural light into a building.

Recently though, we’ve stepped into a completely different area of Brett Martin’s offering: the plastic sheets division. These products focus on improving internal conditions for a very different type of end user. From easy-to-clean sheets that help maintain hygienic living environments to roofing solutions that have even been shown to improve milk yield, our work with Brett Martin’s livestock range has pushed us to understand the day-to-day challenges of farmers and their animals.

It’s not a sector I imagined I would ever cover in construction PR, but it’s been great to have the opportunity to learn more about the agricultural sector and its press. It also shows the universality of some of the subjects we work with, everyone needs a clean, light environment to be healthy and productive, even cows.
